Job Description:
Working with software development life cycle SDLC management on acquired company
Uber senior level project manager 10- 15 years of PM experience
Ramp up the software development lifecycle and the team
Work to improve SDLC process currently in place
mergers and acquisitions experience a plus!
Must have lean experience, six sigma green belt ok.
must have Agile-iterative methodolgy skills

 

 

 

3. Qualifications (Desired skills/background):
SDLC, PMP, Executive presence

 

4. Technical skills or software experience required:
Kiosk software, mobile software, all MS office suite including MS Project

 

Any other specific qualifications or credentials required

 

 

 

o Would like PMP certification

*Desired but not required: defect management system experience (e.g. Rally)

1. Could you tell me what the PMs three most important tasks that candidate must be able to complete and what percentage of time will they spend with that task? Organize, plan and drive multiple critical high visibility projects in busy, often stressful environment

 

 

 

2. What mandatory skills must they have? Calm, confident leadership capabilities, problem solving, ability to push/lead/execute on critical projects with hard timelines, presentation skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of financial organizations and project, especially Agile development (lean product dev would be nice) inegrations, rollouts

 

 

 

3. What software programs should they have strong experience in? MS OFFICE Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project, Visio would be nice.

 

4. What type of operational efficiencys should they have ie: six sigma certified, methodologies, process mapping, etc.? PMP would be great, open to various methodologies most important are skills, experience, integrity, excellent communication skills written and verbal, strong work ethic, no nonsense about the commute, there is some work life balance but at Dereks discretion.
