Background Information:
The above position is with Treasury Information Technology, one of the divisions under FCIMT. IMTTR develops and maintains the systems and computing facilities for the Treasury vice-presidency. These systems and facilities support the business process of investments, liabilities management, cash operations, risk management, new products, pension investment, pension administration, and accounting. These systems are critical to the proper
management of the client's financial resources.
The person we are looking for will provide Business Analysis support for the Summit application and will work closely with multiple business teams.

General Accountability:
The candidate would be a self-starter and capable of working independently to high standards of quality.

Scope of Work:
Interface with the business clients to understand business needs and requirements, and to help develop and maintain the client relationships.
Identify business and functional requirements by working with

Skill Set Requirements:

* Strong and confident in Rails technologies. Should have an opinion about an already opinionated framework. Our team has several strong senior level developers we are looking for someone with real production Rails experience who will be highly influential on the team. This probably means one or more demonstrable production Rails implementations, and more than 5 years of development experience.
* Great front end skills. Much of our current team is strong in back-end skills but front-end, not so much. CSS/SASS, javascript/coffeescript, html skills and the ability to work with a designer (and even do some design) would be great.
* Comfortable working in an agile model. We are planning a kanban/continous delivery approach, does this sound good to you?
* Continuous learner. Probably owns many PragProg books, subscribes to RailsCasts, and PeepCode Has an opinion about what technology trends matter.
