Relevant Experience (Yrs)     :    Total 6-7 years of experience in various roles as developer, module lead and application support lead. Recommended to have at least 2 years of experience as onsite Application support lead.
Necessary Skills     :    ·    .Net with 4-5 years of experience·    Exposure to CAS tools (CPWerx 7).- Rational Rose Modeler, any other data modeling tool·    MS-SQL server 8·    Very good communication skills (Verbal + Written) in managing the customer and work with team of 4-5 members from offshore in a SLA driven Application Support Portfolio.
Desired Skills        ·    Excellent  .NET skills·    CAS tools (CPWerx 7)- Minimum 1 Year·    ETL processes·    SSIS·    CRM, trade promotion business knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities    :    ·    Application enhancement/support lead·    Understand the aspects of day to support requirements, customer requirements and drive the support team to provide SLA enhanced services·    Co-ordination with IT team for issues, understand and provide solutions ·    Requirements gathering for development work·    Maintain up-to-date technical resolutions and customer expectations management·    Present solutions to various stakeholders·    Plan deliveries and foresee issues/challenges·    Prepare reports & communicate to all parties/teams involved
Generic Managerial Skills    :    ·    Good Customer communication·    Able to lead a team of 4-5 members. Delegate, track and monitor performance·    Report progress/challenges to Service Delivery Manager
Education     :    Graduate / Masters
