Necessary Skills     :    ·    Good understanding of Forecasting techniques in i2 DM·    Hands-on experience on LUA·    i2 DM batch work flows, measure creation, copy measures·    Attribute based planning in i2 DM.
Desired Skills        ·    Worked in studio business preferably home entertainment
Roles & Responsibilities    :    ·    Provide Support including attend user calls to resolve their functional / process / operational/Technical issues·    Maintain up-to-date technical/functional resolutions for issues in the system·    Coordination with the end user to update on ticket resolution ·    Identify recurring issues/alerts and conduct root cause analysis
Generic Managerial Skills    :    ·    Able to plan/track tasks/activities·    Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
