Relevant Experience (Yrs) 4-6 yrs
· 4+ years experience in leading, scheduling and directing software QA activities and personnel· 4+ years experience developing test plans, test strategy and scripts to ensure development meets the specifications· 4+ years experience in test management tool (QC) developing automated test scripts utilizing QTP (or comparable tool sets), using Load runner or any other performance test tool will be considered as a plus point · In-depth understanding of the principles of Software Quality Assurance· Must have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal, organizational, time management, leadership and supervisory skills· Ability to multi-task and establish priorities, Strong estimating and risk assessment skills.

· Responsible for certify the application meets the business objectives and requirements · Responsible for leading the quality assurance group (Manual testing, Automation, performance testing & Vulnerability & Quality Center) on complex projects. This includes organizing, prioritizing, planning, estimating, and scheduling the quality assurance tasks for the assigned QA team.· Responsible for providing training, technical leadership, and mentoring and coordinating with QA staff at offshore· Responsible for maintaining consistent standards and best practices proactively identify, recommend and implement process improvements to the Quality Assurance process.· Provides timely, effective written and verbal communication on the status of quality assurance activities and effectively manages expectations regarding status, risks and assumptions as well as changes to project delivery, scope or cost resulting from QA· Evaluate tools and technologies to improve the overall QA process
