Title: Test Lead (Reference: 100814-HIRSUD-IO29-S-BHAS)

Location: Atlanta GA (Need Locals Only)
Duration: 6 months plus

Emp Type: W2 / 1099 / H1 Transfer / C2C (With Own Corp is possible)
 

Key Skills:

- Strong QA skills, ability to author test plans and strategies

- Strong experience managing offshore testing teams

- Good BA skills that can translate the requirements from the business team to the technical team.

  

Testing:

o Develops system and system integration test plans.

o Coordinate with multiple teams that are geographically dispersed (UK & India)

o Develops system test data and performs system, integration, parallel and stress tests for large size projects.

o Coordinates system and system integration testing.

o Assists quality assurance testing teams.

 

Other:

o Researches and resolves permanent resolutions for a production environment.

 

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

o Review and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures 
o Review and approve testing programs that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability 
o Review documentation of software defects and assign software developers to investigate and resolve the issue 
o Review and approve test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates 
o Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance or completeness or to mitigate risks 
o Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems Provides input to peers, management and customers for recommendations and alternate solutions and/or improvements.

o Conveys and insures the understanding of technical strategies and vision to project participants.

o Conveys problems, solutions, updates and project status to their peers, customers and management.

 

Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related discipline, or an equivalent educational and work experience, with typically up to 5-7 years of systems analyst experience.

o Experience leading significantly complex projects and be able to independently work on the most complex projects within the division.

o Work performed at this level covers a wide range of systems analysis, generally within a minimal number of system enterprises.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work with associates at all levels within the organization, especially upper level managers in various business units.
