Informatica Administrator

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Rate: Open.

Duration: 6 Months

This is not a C2C opportunity. Green card, Citizens, EAD, TN visa, H1 transfers only can be considered.

DESCRIPTION:

- Informatica Administration of version 8.6 and 9.x are required with skills in Data Integration, SQL, UNIX Scripting, and data warehousing

- Perform administration of the Informatica PowerCenter 8.6 and 9 Platform, and manage the Informatica 9 architecture

- Install the platform, configure add and manage services

- Define and set up platform best practices for users, user, privileges, roles, and permissions

- Assign users to groups, privileges to roles and roles to groups

- Assign permissions, manage the domain, and manage repositories and repository folders

- Backup and migrate the Informatica Domain database

- Implement the metadata reporter and repository MX views

- Use the command line to manage the domain and repository, start and control workflows

- Upgrade licenses

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Analysis and Design of data integration solutions

- Estimate data integration work effort and durations

- Define source and target definitions in Informatica

- Administration of Metadata, Data Profiling and Data Quality components

- Power Exchange data map definition

- Connectivity / Security to access source data

- Create/Test Data Mappings and Workflows

- Scheduling

- Performance tracking

- Error Handling, Restart and Recovery processes

- Ability to troubleshoot problems associated with Informatica

- Create custom SQL and UNIX scripts

- Create technical support documentation

- Ability to document current environment

- Implementation of ETL processes
