Seeking candidates for a twelve month consulting opportunity with one of our direct clients in Charlotte, NC. We are seeking senior consultants with significant analytical, design and development experience with Clarity. This role is for an individual with a combination of technical and functional background that can be viewed as a Clarity SME.

The primary function of the selected consultant will be to focus on solutions for an Enterprise wide upgrade of Clarity. Typical day to day responsibilities will include:
* Implementing high quality, scalable and extendable Clarity solutions
* Coding, testing and implementing solutions in a Clarity environment
* Taking directions from management and architects in implementing solutions; this position will work with project manager and business analysts
* Evaluate and prioritize tasks as they relate to program delivery
* Establish unit testing for all assigned deliverables
* Designing and implementing Clarity functionality in line with our SDLC process
* Will work from high level requirements through detailed specifications, prototype, software deployment and administration
* Analyze Clarity processes and/or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications and implement

Required Background and Experience:
* At least 5 years of hands on, in-depth experience with Clarity as an analyst/developer
* At least 3 years minimum as a business analyst; specific experience creating SDLC artifacts
* Graduate degree in related field highly desired.
* Clarity Certification(s) is a BIG plus.
