Description
Data Manager/Configuration Manager will work onsite on the following efforts:
1. Run analysis on Salesforce.com Customer data sets (Leads and Contacts) to map out deduplication efforts.
2. Setup deduplication worksheets and exercises with end users.
3. Analyze and determine maintenance strategies for Activity data.
4. Work with other internal data sources to analyze and scope out integration possibilities for past and current additional data (contact sales and assets data).
5. Analyze 3rd party customer data sources for quality and work to establish import/refresh processes on a per source basis (Jigsaw, iisearches, Discovery, etc.).
6. Testing and deployment of various Appexchange plug-ins related to data management.

The bulk of the work will involve data cleanup and management but occasionally will involve third-party plug-in configuration and some Salesforce.com configuration management. Analysis requires use of varying various deduplication strategies (strict, loose, fuzzy, transposition, etc.)
Experience should include
Salesforce.com (working knowledge of object structure and administration)
Apex Data Loader (or Informatica)
CRM Fusion , RingLead, DupeCatcher or other Salesforce deduplication/data management tool
SybaseCentral (needed to analyze one data source)
MS SQL Studio
