DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

DUTIES:

Design and implement IT solutions; support; troubleshoot; performance tuning; configure/troubleshoot load balancing;

SKILLS:

Strong Experience with Active Directory/Windows 2003 server environments, as well as core AD services (DNS, DHCP, WINS) (5-8 years required); Strong experience with VMWare ESXi (3-5 years required)

Strong experience with HP blade/rackmount server products (required 3-5 years); Experiance with Citrix Metaframe/Xenap (3-5 years prefered); Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2003 (2-3 years preferred).

EDUCATION: BS strongly prefered. Microsoft certifications prefered.
