These  are  corp to corp position   and EAD , GC or Citizens are needed for filling the position.

Required skills:
*        Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Masters Degree in a Computer
related field from a reputed University.    
*        Sun Java Certification (minimum Programmer level ).    
*        Good communication and documentation skills.
*        Experience developing architecture/design diagrams abstracting
concepts and patterns from details.
*        A minimum of 7 years hands-on experience building enterprise class
applications with the following:    
*        Java, J2EE, EJB, Servlets, JSP, etc.
*        Web services technology: SOAP, XML, DOM, etc.
*        Rational Appliation Developer (RAD/WSAD).
*        Websphere Application Server 5.x and above.
*        Websphere Portal Server, Portlets, and Portlet services.
*        MS Office and .Net technology.
*        Authentication and Single-Sign On  technologies such as SiteMinder,
LDAP, LTPA tokens.
*        Enterprise content Management systems such as Documentum or Open
Text.    
*        Knowledge of infrastructure design patterns for Extranet, Intranet,
High Availbility,  Disaster Recovery
