PeopleSoft Analyst/Developer
Seeking potential candidates for a long term assignment with one of our direct clients in Charlotte, NC. Our financial services client is seeking a PeopleSoft Analyst with a background in development to help define, document and create enhancements to a new installation of several PeopleSoft HCM modules. This assignment is initially scheduled for 6 months with a high likelihood of extension.
Potential candidates will be responsible for the following areas, including:
Provide PeopleSoft Human Capital Management, Time and Labor, Contract Mgmt application support to business units, users and management.
Perform with team or individually the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of new financial functions.
Install software enhancements (new package release) and/or modify existing applications per changing user needs.
Work with users to satisfy any issues, concerns and/or questions regarding the PeopleSoft financials application.
This is mainly an analytical role. Development skills are also required but the selected individual will be interacting heavily with users and stake holders in order to accomplish goals. Time management and self discipline will be imperative. Potential candidates must be willing to work on-site at the client location in Charlotte, NC. PeopleSoft Analyst/Developer
Required skills and background:
10+ years PeopleSoft experience
Bachelors degree in computer science, business, mathematics or equivalent experience
Must have experience with Time & Labor implementation
Must have experience with Contract Management implementation
Must have PeopleSoft HCM implementation experience
5+ years experience with PeopleTools
5+ years experience with SQR (Structed Query Reporter)
5+ years PeopleSoft Integration Broker experience
10+ years Oracle PL/SQL experience
Flexible individual that adapts quickly and well to change
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and respond quickly to changing priorities
Self-motivated, high commitment/ energy level and results oriented
Proven persistence in problem solving
