Business Analyst with 529 knowledge

This technical analyst will use 529 knowledge to redesign and support 529 reporting efforts.
Strong senior level business analyst that has good 529 knowledge. Must be able to interview and gather requirements, then produce the standard BA documents.
Strong technical writing, and documentation are required.
Excellent communication skills required.
Extensive testing is also needed to be successful I n this group.
SQL skills required
Client will need a Face to face interview and expenses are not paid.(Regret)
* 1099 and W2 with or without benefits options available!
