Position: Identity Management Architect/Implementer
Location: Baltimore, MD 
Description:

Responsibilites:
·         The Architect/Implementor shall have extensive experience in architecting and deploying identity management solutions using CA’s Identity Management Suite.
·          Extensive experience utilizing the capabilities of the IDM technology framework to support the identity lifecycle across all IT environments; from the Web to the mainframe, centralize and automate users identity life cycle creation, modification and deletion and ensure that only authorized users have access to critical IT resources.
·          Extensive experience implementing workflows and automating processes within the Identity Manager suite of products as well as integrating IDM CA Admin tool sets by developing necessary new connectors or changing existing connectors to ensure a smooth integration of the new architecture with existing infrastructure.
·          Hands-on experience with projects supporting Service Oriented Architecture principles. 
·          Works without technical oversight or as the leader of a team as required.  
·          Shall possess strong oral and written communications skills in order to clearly and effectively convey concepts, issues, reports, and other deliverables to counterparts.
Requirements:
·          Extensive experience developing and implementing Identity Management Solutions using CA Identity Manager and, CA- Role & Compliance Manager

Position: Data Warehouse Developer/Architect
Location: Baltimore, MD 
Responsibilities:
·          Find/generate executive level support for the data warehouse initiative.
·          Define key business drivers for the data warehouse initiative.
·          Deliver a project scope that directly supports the key business drivers.
·          Define the overall data warehouse architecture (e.g., ETL process, ODS, EDW, Data Marts).
·          Define technical requirements, technical and data architectures for the data warehouse.
·          Recommend/select data warehouse technologies (e.g., ETL, DBMS, Data Quality, BI).
·          Direct the discovery process.
·          Design and direct the ETL process, including data quality and testing.
·          Design and direct the information access and delivery effort for the data warehouse.

Position: .NET Developer

Responsibilities:
·          Performs analysis, design, development, and unit testing in support of the migration of a critical application from ASP to ASP.NET.
·          Responsible for understanding the needs of the customers and end users that will result in a smooth migration effort.
·          The completion of this collaborative effort will result in an efficient and streamlined processing application and an improved, as well as a fully 508-compliant graphical user interface (GUI).
