Will work as an administrator in the Enterprise Tools Infrastructure support team. The tool administrator plans, coordinates and implements product upgrades and performs maintenance activities, troubleshoots system related problems and is responsible for the overall availability of the tools infrastructure and the environment.
This candidate will work as a tool administrator for the MicroStrategy application and will support multiple high priority initiatives that will include the buildout and maintenance of multiple new environments. As a result, the candidate will provide input to and interface with additional technical support groups as well as the end user community. The candidate should be able to convey detailed technical information to both technical and non-technical staff and work with limited supervision.

o Detailed MicroStrategy 8 and 9 architecture design and administration
o Troubleshooting techniques in basic and advanced infrastructure issues.
o MicroStrategy security model for user provisioning
o Configuration and administration of MicroStrategy Cube architecture
o Scalability, performance and load testing techniques
o Implementation of automation and monitoring techniques
o Strong relational database and SQL
o Working independently and within a team structure
o Strong communication skills
