Mobile App Developer
Technical SME will be focusing on applicable and intensive software development needs to ensure business requirements and functional
design are implemented in high quality to satisfy business needs.
Technical Skills:
XML Security Gateway (i.g , Data Power, and etc) implementation experiences
Vordel hands-on implementation experiences in mid to large size of enterprise applications are required
hands-on mid to large enterprise applications systems integration
Complex schema creations, mapping and transformation using XQ/XSLT
DB development experience in Oracle 10g and up
Hands-on in Linux/Unix, shell scripts
Hardware & infrastructure knowledge
Very efficient on MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project Plan, Power Point, and etc) and PDF
Large scale enterprise project lead experiences (local, remote onshore, and offshore) is a plus
Major Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Review strategic plan provided by Management, prioritize work items and review with Platform Lead
Efficiently work and communicate with both internal functional entities and external partners
Provide architecture guidance to enable 360 vision of Application/System software, hardware infrastructure, security, network, load & performance,
disaster recovery, monitoring design, implementation and support
Define software engineering coding standard and best practices for development teams to follow
Organize and participate in cross functional teams architecture design sessions and discussions, propose feasible solutions, and help to drive architecture decision
Comprehend business/System Requirements, work with Development Lead to provide preliminary design specifications
Identify possible functional and software design gaps, and propose feasible solutions
Work with Business/Integration Analyst and provide supporting info to assist requirements clarification
Up to 40% coding responsibilities of core application/business functions to deliver high quality code in a timely manner to meet implementation milestones
Being accountable, and taking ownership of overall system, software, integration, and solution architecture
Assist Development Lead to provide technical expertise to IT Application Support and Run Time Support teams upon request
Participate and provide critical input to IT Application Support and Infrastructure team on capacity planning
Assist Development Lead to provide technical guidance and coaching to other team members
Deployment process automation, simplification and implementation to achieve 99.95% SLA
R&D responsibility on future technologies adoptions whichever applicable to business needs
Jump into SWAT activity for any vendor product flaw & patch analysis and identify design solution for immediate/alternative, short term and long term solutions
Education & Experiences:
BS/BA or equivalent, preferred majoring in Computer Sciences, MS/PHD is a plus
Experienced in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid software development and delivery environment
Technical and business knowledge with contactless NFC service, payment, eCommerce, security and related areas is a plus
Experienced in implementing and managing service oriented enterprise services/middleware architecture and solutions in Mobile Payment & Commerce industries
Experienced in large scale, high performance enterprise systems integration in Mobile Payment and Commerce industries
Mobile enterprise solution experience is a plus
Skills and Competencies:
Hands-on experience of XML Gateway, SSL, Security Certs implementation
Experienced and good knowledge of secure coding
Lead by example and engage in collaborative development by following standards and best practices
Extremely broad knowledge of different vendors products, pros & cons of tools with hands-on experience on enterprise services and system integration implementation
Extremely open minded to capture feedbacks, ideas and new suggestions
Requirements management and change control management skills
Highly efficient verbal and written communication skills with business customers and technology teams
Extensive working experience in fast pace technology heavy organization and delivery oriented and focused environment, and a passion for developing great products in highly valued
