Required Skills:

5 years of experience in providing SOA and EAI based solutions to medium to large size organizations

6-8 years of experience in TIBCO  Business Works, TIBCO Adapters , EMS

8-10 years of application development and design experience

Exposure to J2EE technologies JMS, EJB, JSP, Servlets, Java Beans, JDBC

Onsite-offshore team management skill

Good communication and customer management skill

Nice to have skills:

Exposure to iProcess / Active Matrix BPM based  work flow applications

Exposure Hawk Monitoring and performance tuning

Experience in Learning Management systems

Prior experience or knowledge in LTI, SCORM, AICC
