Skills Mandatory:

Candidates should not simply be a standard .NET Developer, this candidate should have strong background using MVC stack for ASP development (as opposed to WinForms). This is because MVC is more testable and gives the developer more control – which is what they're looking for to add to the team.  The interviews have became extremely specific with technical questions, as they are conducted by all of the Architects on the team.  Only a senior level candidate with sufficient MVC stack ASP.Net development will be able to pass these interviews; candidates must have sound knowledge of C# and ASP.NET MVC stack and be able to answer any coding questions regarding this platform.

Candidates must also have:

- Experience in Functional Code / Functional Programming in addition to OOP.

- Preference goes to those candidates who come from a more disciplined / test-driven SDLC environment.
