Job Title: "Business Process Consultant 2" (022014-WILKIM-IO30-E-VIC)

Responsibilities:

-Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-entity, enterprise-wide redesign initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign that requires specialized knowledge or skill critical to the redesign effort.

-Develops root cause analysis and business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates.

-Establishes standards for measuring performance against process requirements.

-Aligns projects to management strategy.

-Produces new process improvement techniques and services.

-Develops metrics that provide data for process management indicators for future improvement opportunities.

-Identifies and manages resources, including cross-entity members, to successfully execute projects.

-Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

-May support to M&A integration efforts, possibly taking a lead role.

-Coaches multiple redesign teams in six sigma process and tools.

-Drives business awareness of quality/process methodology.

-Design, develop, and test complex business rules managed and executed by rules engine integrating with BPM platform.

-Design and develop enhancements to existing web based applications and back end components.

-Perform unit testing and system integration validations.

-Verify program logic by preparing test data, tests and debug programs.

-Participate in overall system testing and support implementation of the application into production environment.

-Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards.

-Multi-task application development queue, production support, documentation and administrative duties.

-Communicate effectively with the project team.

-Comply with development standards and security policies set within the larger development organization.

-Work with team of application developers (team members and contractors) and collaborate with a senior architect

and solution designer to effectively deliver projects, enhancements and applications.

 

Requirements:

-10+ years business analysis experience.

-Candidate must have BPM and J2EE design and development as his/her primary skill.

-Experience with BPM platforms like IBM BPM 7.5 or newer is REQUIRED.

-Design, develop, and test complex business process using BPMN 2.0 utilizing multiple integrations with other legacy systems on variety of platforms.

-Is competent using CoachView framework and is skilled at using JAVA Script.

-Experience with DOJO also required for this position.

-Experience with Rules Management platforms like IBM ODM, iLog, DROOLS.
