Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (081114-LELCUR-IO33-C-PAL)

Responsible for ensuring quality standards and consistent use of business rules throughout the organization. Formulates complex business policy and processes into Decision Models (business rules) and Business Process Models (BPM). Closely work with Subject Matter Experts to formulate the decision models and process. Works with Business Subject Matter Experts, development, operations, and other IT and business areas as appropriate throughout the development and rules deployment processes. Responsible for recommending solutions, industry standards and framework on all aspects of the business rules life cycle. Provides a structured rules management discipline focused on re-use including rule definition, categorization, governance, deployment, and management. Provides resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems. Solutions are innovative, thorough, and practicable. Works under limited direction Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is evaluated upon completion for adequacy in satisfying objectives. Represents the organization as the principal customer contact on contracts and often performs project leadership role. Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters frequently requiring coordination across organizational lines.
College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred. Typically has 5 - 7 years related experience.
Basic Requirements
Will be required to become certified in Decision Modeling within 1 year of taking position.

Project experience
Services experience is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must Knowledge of business rules are plus.
Knowledge or certification in Decision Modeling Experience or Certification in Business Process Management a plus
Mortgage Industry or Financial
Able to provide direction to a group of people/ lead a forum
