The individual shall have at least 7-10 Years experience as Business/System Analyst working with IT application development team. Work closely with project stakeholders to capture existing business processes, documenting functional requirements, and system requirements. This role will also support general business analyst tasks including any additional documentation associated with project methodology, company process and procedures and change requests.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Analyst must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with business users, other project team members and management. Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills required. Analyst must be able to elicit requirements from across organizational boundaries.

Desired Skills:
* Knowledge of Client's role in the Mortgage Industry and the Loan Purchase Business Process.
* Experience with System Development Life Cycle using Object Oriented Programming principles and Object Oriented Analysis and Design
* Experience with DOORS/Visio/UML/AUC/Wireframes
* Experience with data analysis using SQL
