Position: Tuxedo Developer (120512-BRABER-IO32E-JOH)

Location: COLUMBIA, Maryland

Duration: 6+ mo. contract (strong possibility of extensions)

Description:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administration and configuration of Tuxedo Middleware
- Writing scripts to support the administration and configuration of Tuxedo
- Document processes and procedures supporting this role

Skills:
- Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP Networks.
- Basic understanding of load balancing and firewalls.
- Understanding of high availability solutions/technologies.
- Experience designing logical and physical application and data flow diagrams
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands on experience with Tuxedo Middleware 8.1 or higher
- 8 years of applicable/related experience or 2 years equivalent experience and 4-year degree in Computer-related field
- Unix/Linux administration
- Unix Shell Shell scripting

Required Education:
- 4-year degree in Computer-related field College

Required Skills:
- Experience with TUXEDO Middleware
- 8 years of applicable/related experience or 2 years equivalent experience and 4-year degree in Computer-related field
- Unix/Linux administration
- Moderate scripting skills: Unix Shell Scripting
- Extensive experience designing logical and physical application and data flow diagrams
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Skills:
