Description:

This is a critical path deliverable for the SFS Reporting project. The scope of this project includes approximately 50 reports of various complexities and the development two Ad-Hoc Subject areas in Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Plus (OBIEE 11G) for Finance & Budget. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Acting as the lead Business Analyst, operating under the direction of the Business Intelligence SFS Project Director, responsible for defining the business requirements of the end user community and insuring that all Agency Report functional specifications are designed and delivered as agreed.

2. Conducting analysis of business and user needs and developing business requirements documents in accordance with the requirements and protocol of the BI unit.

3. Creating business documentation (Business Requirement documents, use cases, swim lanes, process documentation) that detail the BI requirements and deliverables for OBIEE reports, dashboards, and ad hoc tools.

4. Interfacing with programmers and the business owners to translate report requirements, provide clarification of business rules, prioritize development, obtain signoff and ensure successful delivery of accurate end user reporting requirements

5. Assist in developing logical and physical dimensional data model for SFS reporting requirements and providing technical assistance in understanding the data requirements for SFS reporting.

6. Creating and executing test scripts, scenarios, and test plans to validate initial business requirements and report output. Test developed reports for accuracy and sign off on deliverables.

7. Assist in provide training & technical support for the Agency staff utilizing the OBIEE Analytics tool.
