Position Title: Java Developer

Location: Woodlawn, MD

 

 

Looking for a Java programmer who can perform design and development for
mainframe systems. Must have strong Java, J2EE. Must possess strong
Analytical and documentation skills.



Requirements



*         Minimum 5 years of experience with Java and J2EE is must.

*         Must have strong experience SQL.

*         Must have development, design and production support experience.

*         Strong communication skills.

*         Must have strong Analytical, problem solving, and documentation
skills.



Preferred



*         Extensive experience in Core Java and JEE technologies. Legacy
connectivity experience is a plus.

*         Extensive experience in UML and strong knowledge of Design
patterns.

*         Solid Object Oriented Analysis skills with experience in design
documentation.

*         Experience in Object Relational Mapping technologies like
JPA/Hibernate.

*         Experience in SOA and web service technologies.

*         Experience in different application servers, preferably IBM
Websphere application server.

*         Experience using the IDEs like RAD, RSA.

*         Experience in  messaging technologies like MQ series.

*         Experience with Mainframe technologies including CICS, COBOL, DB2
is a plus.

*         Database experience with relational database systems like DB2,
Oracle. Oracle experience is preferred.

*         Experience working with Government contracts is preferred.
