Job Description:

5+ years of application architecture experience. Strong interpersonal skills including

verbal and written communication, meeting management, conflict resolution, team building.

Experience in Data Replication and Load balancing/ Failover across multiple data center in

Active-Active or Active-Passive modes

Experience in application reliability and resilience analysis

Knowledge of Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF & Zachmans

Strong problem solving skills: innovation, collaboration, risk/benefit analysis

Experience working with Java/ J2EE/ Weblogic platforms

Experience working with UML and design patterns

Experience working with Oracle 10g+ databases, Operational Data Stores and Stored Procedures

Participate as an architect on new initiatives that require changes to the pharmacy

fulfillment application and / or its interfacing systems

Provide technical leadership for architecture design activities within and across teams and projects

Participate in application & technical architecture, while employing software design best

practices

Provide direction and input on best practices and guidelines for application & data

architecture; object & data modeling

Develop and document non-functional requirements required to support the functional

requirements

Participate in development, documentation, review of object and data models
