Required experience:

Experience doing data analysis.

Experience with data quality, data modeling and database development

Experience with optimizing SQL

Experience with physical implementations of logical data models that will also be useful

Experience in SQL 2000 & SQL 2008

Experience in Microsoft SSIS

Experience in ETL

Stored Procedure, Views and other database objects.
