Description:

· Technical delivery Leader for managed care functional area on Medicaid account. Responsible for maintaining a line of sight into all work within this area.

· The TDL works with direct client counterparts to understand the general priority of work and ensures that SDLC activities are executed to include requirements, business design, technical design, coding/unit testing and model office testing.

· The TDL assigns work to the appropriate resource type and provides oversight and direction to ensure that work is performed within the guidelines established by our company and adheres to the standards set by us.

·         Builds and nurtures relationships with the State within the areas of responsibility

·         Collaborates with State counterparts to assist in placement of upcoming work into releases based on known dependencies and stated prioritization of work within given area of responsibility

·         Provides guidance to the client on system capabilities and effective integration of business requirements to maximize overall system capabilities

·         Works closely with the client to perform problem resolution associated with production issues and other high visibility issues

·         Ensures effective delivery of work within assigned areas for all modifications and maintenance projects

·         Works with the Technical Delivery Manager to ensure that modifications and maintenance projects in given area of responsibility are properly staffed and have the resources needed to succeed
