Job Description:
SAP CRM 7.x Expert with extensive experience in the combined CRM technical and Functional
skill sets. This role will work in the Solution Manager 7.1 environment customizing the CRM
features for ITSM
Required Qualifications:
" 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM application development
" 7+ years of experience in SAP Technology programming and development experience
" SAP ABAP programming and development experience in implementing SAP CRM 7.1/7.0 solutions a must
" Expert level technical knowledge on BOL, BADI, EEWB, GENIL, SAP Archive Link, ACE, SAP Workflow.
" Strong technical development experience on SAP CRM 7.0.1 is required
" Knowledge of CRM specific BADIs, RFCs, Function Modules, Webdynrpos / Classes, and other SAP services is plus
" Experience with IC Web development, Web UI development, IC web client components, BSP
framework development using component workbench, WebDynpro a must have
" Proven skills in both SAP R/3, ECC 6.0 and CRM programming techniques including dialog
programming, CRM backend and ECC integration, and CRM Middleware
" Knowledge of developing CRM Service management functionality and help desk workflow a must have
" Knowledge of CRM ISA framework, CRM ISA BADI, Function Modules, tables and developing CRM ISA solutions
" Experience with current version of SAP ECC 6.0, CRM 7.0 and enterprise portal 6.x a must have.
" Basic CRM functional knowledge must
" Extensive design and development experience with SAP CRM UI technologies: including ABAP
Webdynrpo, IC Web, Web UI, ABAP Objects including BADIs and Enhancement Framework.
" Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
" Excellent communication skills an absolute must have
