Responsibilities:

The Business Intelligence Analyst must partner with key Veg Mfg Business team members and the Mfg functional area BAs, both regionally and globally, to analyze business objectives, understand transactional and analytical business processes, direct data issues, define reporting needs and assure delivery through the BI Developers.

Responsibilities will include:

Partner across Veg Mfg functions, with both Business and IT partners, to gather, define, and prioritize global and regional business needs in the Business Intelligence area based on business strategic and operational goals.

With a strong understanding of both regional and global Mfg business process, assure the appropriate balance between a single global approach and regional solutions is achieved.
Through strong coordination and planning, assure effective delivery, and minimize duplication and gaps where possible

Analyze detailed requirements from the business and then scope, plan, design, test, train, and deliver required data and reporting solutions. Includes appropriate estimates, timelines, and re sourcing needs
Development of Functional Desgn Specifications and other detailed enhancement documentation
Create and execute Unit and Integration testing plans based on input from business and IT team members
Direct tactical delivery through the developers to assure all requirements and design specification are met. Perform small amount of development when necessary.

Assure deliverables to the business team meet the adoption expectation through the following: high levels of usability, users training sessions, and go live support
Production support of all Mfg Data, Analytics, and Reporting. Support includes continuous interfacing with ES EIM teams, SAP Basis, Security, and various IT teams as necessary to resolve technical and process issues.

Identify opportunities for process improvements either in existing designs or by adopting new functionalities available. Drive consistency, quality improvements and enhancements throughout the Mfg Data, Analytics, and Reporting area.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrate effectiveness in meeting with users and management to define complex business requirements in sufficient detail to determine the appropriate designs and development required, or to document why the requirement cannot be satisfied

• Exceptional teamwork is critical to the success of the individual and the achievement of business results.
• Minimum 5 years SAP BW experience
• 3 years full life cycle implementation experience.
• 3 years experience in analysis, design, testing, training, and implementation across multiple functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Results oriented
• Very Strong demonstration of Agility
• Understanding of material configuration structure.
• Good understanding of data relationships in SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, FI, Costing, APO
• Good understanding of material and batch classification structure.
• Ability to develop, document and translate business requirements into conceptual designs.
• Ability to write functional design specifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field is required.
• Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 version and SAP Business Warehouse
