JOB DESCRIPTION:

UI Developer, Bellevue WA, Long Term Contract, Will Hire off of Skype interview.

MUST HAVE STRONG JQUERY

Client is in Search of a talented Web Developer with strong experience in the latest Web Technologies (AJAX, client-side MVC).

You know how to write client code that keeps pages lightweight, is maintainable over time and performs well. You understand complex HTML and CSS layouts and how to target your code to run on multiple browsers.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment that ships software to Production on a regular schedule (monthly) yet maintains a high quality bar through maniacal attention to TDD, Testability and Test Automation.

Job Responsibilities:

Work on a fast-paced Scrum team writing high-quality front-end code in HTM5 L, CSS 3, JavaScript and strong jQuery.
Test client code using frameworks such as qUnit, jsUnit, etc.
Handle ambiguity, get things done and learn new technologies as necessary.
Participate in code-review sessions to identify potential problem areas and suggest alternative solutions.
This is an estimated 6 month Contingent/Temporary-to-Hire position in Seattle, WA


Requirements:

UI Developer Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience building maintainable and high-performing Web Applications.
Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX.
Experience with C# and ASP.NET would be beneficial.
Experience with developing RESTful Web Services would be beneficial.
