This is a hands-on environment where you will be embedded into a fast pace Agile environment in an open seating environment
Requirements:
· 8+ years of technology experience
· Demonstrated experience in an Agile Team
· Extremely strong written, oral and presentation skills
· Strong leadership skills to support the Software Development Manager in day to day activities with the
development team through requirements
Desired Skills:
· Software Product development experience
· Domain Experience in Aviation, Transportation, Energy, Power Grids, Healthcare, Water, Oil & Gas
industries
· Experience with Agile Tools such as Atlassian Jira, Pivotal, AgileZen
· Strong Ability to graphically layout complex processes with modeling tools like Omnigraffle, Appian,
BOOST, or Visio
