Job Description:

 

Summary:

Plan, direct, or coordinate activities for large scale SAP HCM project integration.

The technical skills include using computer technology to meet the needs of the organization.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.

MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
10+ years SAP project consulting / SAP HCM system implementation experience required

Responsibility level:

Exercises independent judgment and will likely do so without supervision

Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
Expert ability to work independently and manage ones time (Required)
Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required)
Expert knowledge of SAP implementation and integration experience (Required)
Expert knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods (Typically required)
Expert knowledge of computer software, such as SAP HCM and Payroll, MS Project, Rally, etc (Required)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Contribute and review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
Contribute to development of implementation plan and strategy for all phases of integration plan
Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements
Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures
