Skill set:

*Genesys system/platform - URS, SIP, CCPulse, IWS and Interactive Insights

*Routing design and building

Responsibilities:

* Provides day to day support for the Genesys system; URS, SIP, CCPulse, IWS and Interactive Insights and integration with other systems (Aspect, Verint, etc.)

* Performs routing design and build

* Troubleshooting issues with the Genesys platform

* Provide instruction to peers and staff on technology changes and guide less experienced staff to ensure consistency and compliance to departmental standards and policies. Serve as consultative resource to other I/T staff by assisting in problem resolution, assisting with system design and integration, and recommending alternative techniques and providing training.
