Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst - Contract-to-Hire (102413-JQIN-IO27-E-RAJ)

Job Description:


PROJECT:

Working in a diverse and challenging environment, this role requires a versatile Sr. Business Analyst who will act as a key member of an implementation team.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with:

Complex project experience with external customers

Experience leading JAD sessions for external customers

Ability to drive full life cycle development (SDLC)

Ability to articulate experience with different software methodologies (i.e. Waterfall and Agile)

At least 7+ years as an IT Business Analyst

Must be able to understand the solution requirements, determine scope and impact and be able to triage in a .Net environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with data analysis techniques, data modeling, and data management tools is preferred.

Must be process and quality oriented and a team player.

 

DELIVERABLES:

* Reviewing and fully understanding all project and business requirements, determining the appropriate solution

* Generating detailed system design documentation meeting the business needs of the customer/project.

* Participate in the generation of project deliverables including communication plans, training plans/documentation, test plan, test cases/scenarios -- participating in and/or overseeing Quality Assurance testing of the application.

* Update the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) throughout the project lifecycle.

* Lead requirements and design sessions and provide input on the design/configuration of application to meet customer's needs.
