Job Description:

Looking for an experienced User Experience/Design Project Manager to join our growing Design Studio. In this role, you will help to bring ideas to life. we need someone who can develop and manage UX project plans to insure that deadlines are met and resources and budget are effectively marshaled toward the deliver of exceptional software experiences.

Essential Responsibilities:

Act as a member of the UX Center of Excellence, representing the face of high quality design practices (This includes participation in all aspects of UX: program definition, research, ideation, strategy, interaction design and visual design)

Be a subject matter expert in UX / Design Project Management

Stay up to date on current trends in design studio management, experience technologies, and UX best practices

Translate UX design process for an engineering-driven company

Ensure that engineering teams work efficiently with design teams

Desired Characteristics:

Experience maintaining an Excel spreadsheet inclusive of deliverables and tracking the status of all projects

You don't need to be a designer, but you are attuned to the concerns that matter to their work Able to orchestrate and customize a project timeline that maintains a positive balance between creative integrity and shipping on time.
