Senior Level Technical lead who has lead Sales analytics development project utilizing Oracle CRM on Demand, Oracle Sales Analytics, Surf BI and Tableau & OBIEE.
? Must have strong data modeling (Logical and Physical) and data integration experience.
? Must have more than 15-20 years of experience in IT application development and integration space. Must have 10-12 years of demonstrated experience in working very closely with data modelers, ETL Leads, BI Leads and Infrastructure leads.
? Must have data integration experience with Oracle Sales Analytics and Oracle CRM on Demand.
? Preferred integration experience with Oracle Sales Analytics and following data sources: Sales Vision Access Data, Meridian, MMD, Discovery, RIA, Morningstar, Lipper.
? Must have demonstrated experience in implementing products such as Oracle Sales Analytics, Surf BI and Tableau in terms of HW and SW.
? Must know industry best practices for Tableau implementation and ongoing governance, maintenance and support.
? Must have demonstrated experience in authoring solution and technical designs along with the ability to communicate designs to developers.
? Must have demonstrated experience in documenting workflow, code governance, template governance and standard operating procedures around various products mentioned above.
? Must be able to coordinate and manage code migrations and be able work with release management.
? Must be able to put a technical detailed plan in place and be able to accurately estimate and execute tasks.
? Must have experience in managing senior level IT leads and development staff.
? Must have experience in planning, coordinating and executing quality assurance tasks with the team.
? Must be able to work with application support teams and lead teams to produce relevant support documentation for ongoing support.
? Must have experience in Asset Management Sales domain with-in financial services industry.
? Must have strong communication skills.
? Must raise risks and issues to project manager in a timely manner.
? Must be a team player. Must know how to balance between being cooperative and assertive.
? Must be results oriented and accountable for his or her actions.
