Position: Lead java/j2ee developer/designer.

Project:
Technical Lead for the Development of Online Banking Applications/ Systems

Required Skills:
J2EE/JAVA, JavaScript, WebSphere, Struts, Web Services, HTML, WSAD, and DB2/SQL, Design Patterns (Model View Controller)

* Solid 8+ year Development experience and experience leading and mentoring.
* Must have ability to Lead in the design and development and also mentor more mid to junior level developers.

Nice to have Skills:
Agile/Iterative Development Experience, Financial Banking Experience

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
* 8-10 years Java/J2EE - Business Classes, Commands, Beans and JSP's.
* Strong understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
* 3+ years JSP, XML, SOAP, JavaScript; HTML
* 3+ years Enterprise application servers (WebSphere; Tomcat; IIS).
* 1-3 years experience in application integration (WebMethods, Java Services)
* Demonstrated aptitude in DBMS (SQL Server, DB2, Oracle).

* Ability to decompose technical solution into tasks and provide accurate estimates.
* Attention to detail; ability to excel in a fast-paced environment;
* Self starter and have good initiative skills.
* Excellent communication skills, able to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:
* Will be responsible for Leading the designing and developing complex Java/J2EE applications.
