At least 3 years of Experience with Development / support on -
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and 2010 with KPI Features,
SharePoint Designer, InfoPath Forms 2003, 2007 and 2010.
C#, Visual Studio .Net, Visual Studio custom workflows, Custom WebParts, event handlers, timer jobs
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server Administration experience - Configuring and Customizing SharePoint portals from scratch
Very strong Database design skills -SQL Server 2005 and 2008, SSRS 2008
Experience with scheduler tools like Autosys
Experience in Data Migration
Experience of integration projects for portals
Strong SQL, PL/SQL skills for ad hoc query development and data analysis

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Satisfy programming requirements for the unit of work assigned, with minimal supervision, within the budgeted timeframe
Have extensive platform knowledge
Exhibit a disciplined approach in unit and component testing to ensure zero defects
Determine the appropriate unit test cases, including functional and regression cases
Perform analysis and design on the system level and inter-system level
Complete appropriate documentation (test plans)
Ensure that other team members meet the design, programming standards and principles
Has extensive knowledge of known security exploits as well as methods of prevention

SYSTEMS SUPPORT
Have root cause analysis skills, able to quickly analyze and interpret code
Ensure that issues are resolved or escalated appropriately
Recognize the interdependencies between systems
Take ownership for issues; actively seek to expand understanding of issues; follow up on resolution even when resolved by other
Conduct post-project reviews when appropriate

PROJECT DELIVERY
Provide significant input to project leader in project planning
Identify discrepancies between tasks and systems
Provide input regarding resourcing
Identify project risks
Contribute task level estimates for work and time to project plan
Adhere to the time tracking processes
Complete required documentation
Escalate project issues in a timely manner
Analyze and articulate business and project impact of issues
Understand cost and duration impact; identify root cause
Work with team leader to set direction regarding project priorities, milestones and initiatives
Ensure hardware and software is set up appropriately

Communicate with project team regarding specifications and requirements relative to components
Communicate upwards regarding interdependencies between components

Communicate cross product, cross project when appropriate

Liaise with multiple tech teams (work well with others)

Bachelors degree in Computer / Information Systems. Masters degree preferred. At least 4 years of total professional experience At least 2 years experience in the Enterprise Banking and Financial applications, which must include. Experience with projects involving SDLC methodologies

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint Strong oral and written communication skills. Customer service focus Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional team with members from multiple vendors (in addition to Citi team members in Technology, Product and Operations) and working on applications built on vendor products. Robust analytical and problem solving skills Proven teamwork, interpersonal and follow-up skills Attention to detail and the ability to understand the "bigger picture"
Good presentation and facilitation skills Proven record of taking initiative at driving results Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize Experience in System testing Understanding of how technologies can impact business processes.
Experience with Billing / Pricing applications will be considered a huge plus.
Experience in Performance Testing will be desirable.
