Title: Oracle Analyst  <0604512 TRIKIR>

6 months. Contract to hire.

Rate $85/hr

Will need GC ,Citizens or EAD.



We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Oracle Functional Analyst. This position will be located at our Herndon, VA Corporate Office.

3+ years experience as a functional analyst in Oracle EBS R12
Expert level knowledge of Oracle EBS (non-Federal) Financial Modules
Strong verbal and written communication skills; will be working closely with our internal business partners in Finance, Account, Operations, and other parts of the company
Strong understanding of Accounting and general business processes and best practices
Work with Business partners and translate strategic and tactical objectives into workable Oracle EBS solutions
Identify ways to deliver improved business value by leveraging the existing solutions
Experience with process engineering or re-engineering
Capture, analyze and document new business requirements and come up with Functional Designs to meet the requirement
Determine the EBS configuration requirements to support the business and perform configuration changes into various EBS environments; prepare test plan and cases and execute tests to validate the solution
Analyze and fix Production problems
User Training on various EBS functionalities
FTE or long-term contractor (need not be US citizen)


Position Description:

The primary role of the Oracle Functional Analyst will include hands-on end-user support for the Oracle R12 e-Business Applications Suite. A comprehensive understanding of Oracle e-Business modules is necessary with experience demonstrated in Oracle Workflow, Core Financials, iExpense, AGIS.

Job Duties:

This position reports to the IT organization within the custom applications division.

Responsible for supporting end users in finance, accounting, and administration for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the functionality of Oracle Financials.

Must have support experience in payroll and at least two of the Oracle E-Business modules mentioned in the Position Description above. The optimum skill set would include at least two of the following modules: AP, AR, GL, HR, AGIS or Fixed Assets.

Responsible for all functional tasks relating to the implementation and maintenance of Oracle R12, including end-user support and training in R12functionality, Oracle screen setup, identifying and documenting procedures to execute future processes.

This position is primarily an Oracle Functional role but you should have experience with Oracle R12, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and SQL and have the ability to define requirements and specifications for development using these tools.

Requirements Preferred Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Direct responsibility for one or more full-life cycle implementations of R12.
Setup experience within HRMS and/or, Projects, Purchasing, and Financials Modules.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Workflow Administration.
Experience in defining specification for and using Oracle Forms, Reports.
Experience with SQL.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven customer-focus and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Possess self-motivation and drive to add value and maximize the team's performance.
