SOA/TIBCO Architect/Developer

SOA/TIBCO Architect/Developer.
Location:Auburn/WA
Duration: long term
We are seeking an additional external resource to assist us in the implementation of the Strategic Integration Program (SIP). The request described below is for an experienced Senior Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)/TIBCO Architect/Developer, with the skills listed.

Project Description
Strategic Integration Program (SIP) - a strategic initiative to
implement a common integration platform to address a wide range of
integration problems, from Application to Application integration, to
integration with web-based applications in the Cloud. The initial
effort is to design and size a Production Environment for TIBCO
infrastructure to serve as backplane of a Service Oriented
Architecture. A subsequent phase would Pilot the architecture and
technology on specific business projects.

Tasks
Design and Implement TIBCO solution to synchronize and keep up to
date customer mailing addresses in World Vision's Oracle EBusiness
Suite with external data sources like the US Postal Service (ACS and
NCOA).
Do a Proof Of Concept using TIBCO to demonstrate its ability to
detect key business events, then aggregate and publish content
specific to customers and partners using various delivery mechanisms,
including: SMS, email, and RSS/ATOM.
Design and deploy a robust and scalable TIBCO infrastructure to
PRODUCTION by May 2011 that meets World Vision's requirements and
licensing constraints in World Vision's contract with TIBCO.
Develop TIBCO solutions that implement World Vision's Four Basic
Integration patterns.
Develop Java components to extend TIBCO products as needed to
implement ESB design.
Demonstrate the TIBCO Hawk monitoring solution and provide
recommendations to World Vision.
Produce detailed documentation for all developed artifacts.

Required Skills and Experience:
Experience doing capacity planning, sizing, installing, configuring,
developing, and administering TIBCO infrastructure, including
o Experience with ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks version 5.8
o Experience with Enterprise Message Service version 5.1.x
o Experience using ActiveMatrix Adapters (database adapter, file
adapter, Lotus Notes adapter)
Solid Java development background
Experience developing applications that implement JMS interactions
and asynchronous integration in general
Experience using TIBCO middleware in a Service Oriented Architecture
(and real-time web services) use case
Experience with WS* and other key standards (WSDL, SOAP, WS-Security,
WS-Federation, SAML) and RESTful design patterns in
Web/Ecommerce/Social Media/mashup scenarios, Application to
Application integration scenarios, and end-user mobile device
scenarios (smartphones, iPad, iPhone, etc)
Independent worker with the ability to self direct given high level
objectives
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience developing monitoring solutions with TIBCO Hawk is a plus
Experience with custom canonical message development or common
industry standards from OASIS, RosettaNet, ebXML, etc.
Experience with Agile methodologies and software development
techniques, e.g., test driven development, etc.

Optional Skills:
Experience with CA's SOA Security Manager & Gateway product in
conjunction with Tibco
PHP development skills, specifically with Oracle's PHP Zend Community
Edition
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
SVN for code management/version control.

Technical Environment:
Tibco ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks version 5.8, Enterprise Message
Service version 5.1.x, ActiveMatrix Adapters (database adapter, file
adapter, Lotus Notes adapter), Hawk
Oracle eBusiness Suite (11.5.10) is the core application around which
web services (PHP wrapping Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures) will be
built.
