REQUIRED SKILLS:
-At least 5-7 years professional experience as subject matter expert in SharePoint and general experience Microsoft technologies
-Strong infrastructure engineering skills in SharePoint 2013 infrastructure deployments and SharePoint business solutions
-Must have Engineering/Architecture Experience in areas of: SharePoint Infrastructure
-SharePoint 2010 and 2013 Enterprise
-Office 365 (SharePoint) implementation experience; Office 365 Technology Understanding
-DocAve 6.3
-Disaster Recovery Configuration for SharePoint
-Migration of solutions between environments
-Business Intelligence Enterprise Features
-Remote Blob Storage configuration
-SharePoint Development General Knowledge; SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio
-Site Collection Administration Best Practices
-Experience with windows server and IIS administration
-Understanding of network concepts
-Integration skills with other collaboration technologies, as email, voice and instant messaging
-Strong knowledge of technical project management, project implementation, infrastructure engineering
-Advanced skill in communications and managing teams in a matrix environment

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
-Infrastructure architecture experience is preferred
-BS degree in Computer Science, Master degree preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assess new third party technologies and internal customizations
-Understand Architecture, Engineering and Information Security requirements and develop change/implementation plans and execute those plans working with the Operations team
-Experience in deploying and supporting enterprise level SharePoint enterprise solutions Infrastructure for more than 8,000 users
-Understanding of HA and DR concepts as apply to SharePoint Infrastructure Designs and best practices
-As an individual contributor, responsible for designing, sizing & scaling infrastructure solutions for infrastructure projects
-Coordination with Delivery Services for the design, build and production readiness of infrastructure solutions and the development of valid business cases
-Coordination with Technical Services service lines to ensure implementation of best practices for infrastructure governance, architecture, engineering, production support and service Management
-Ensures consistent delivery of superior technical solutions
-Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategies
-Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
-SharePoint Engineers role is to ensure the delivery of all SharePoint projects including upgrade to 2013, migration to the cloud and working on various business initiatives such as eDisocvery, Records Retention and other custom solutions.
-The incumbent will ensure the solutions meet the requirements, design specifications and other IT standards.
-The incumbent may also provide Tier3 trouble resolution as needed.
-This position will be the operational Subject Matter Expert with roles in: planning, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all SharePoint hardware/software.
-There may be initiatives in the future for SharePoint integration with messaging and mobile systems.
-Should be familiar with Network and Internet concepts (e.g. firewalls, load balancers, web browsers, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, LDAP, etc.).
