Job Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a developer with Chef Enterprise design experience to assist the with development of Microsoft apps and the automation of LAMP stacks with Chef.

 

 

 

Required Skills:
- Strong technical foundation in software engineering, continuous delivery of build/release for Microsoft environments
- Microsoft development tools
- Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Hudson, Travis-CI, Go, Microsoft TFS) API and
- Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools
- Knowledge in PowerShell, C#, Visual Studio, MS Build, TFS, MS Test
- Experience administering Microsoft application servers, application containers, and web servers (SQL Server, .NET app servers, IIS, Windows Server, SharePoint, etc.)
- Virtualization systems (VMware, etc.)
- Cloud computing (EC2, VMware VCloud, etc.)
- Development and Operations experience

- Eager to learn enough about whatever tools or tricks are needed to get the job done
