Required Skills: 
Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) development in C# v4.x (1-3 years minimum) 
.Net WinForms development C# v4.x (1-3 years minimum) 
SQL Server v10.x (1-3 years minimum) 
Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) or WebAPI v4.x (6-12 months minimum) 

Desired Skills: 
DevExpress controls (6 months plus) 
Web Development (ASP.NET or MVC) (6 months plus) 
MVVM development pattern (6 months plus) 
UI Design (1-3 years) 

Objective is to build and maintain software to support the Asset Allocation department. Contractor will work with Asset Allocation development team to help maintain C# and VB.NET Winforms applications and create new WPF client-side applications in C#. Good user-interface design skills will be helpful. The contractor may also perform coding in SQL Server 2008 and middle-tier development (WCF or WebAPI). Candidates should have good math and communication skills. 

Contractor will work as a developer on small team dedicated to support the Asset Allocation department. They will report to a technical team lead and interact with team members and business stakeholders. The teams development process uses a Kanban approach to track project priorities and progress.
