Position: Java Developer (10714-NIKHRI-IO31-O-RAJ)
Location: Herndon, VA
Duration: 6+ months
Interview Process: Phone Interview / Onsite, in-person interview (must be able to attend an in-person interview)

 

Candidate must have multiple years of experience in;
1. Java web interface development skills - MVC patterns, Servlets, JSPs, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
2. Implementing Java Server Faces, Spring, RichFaces components and Facelets.
3. JMS, Spring/ Hibernate, EJBs, Application deployment on Weblogic Application server in Unix environment.

 

Day to Day activities for Java developer: 

 

1. Participate with team of technical staff to Analyze current enterprise Java application and implement best approaches to enhance it based on business requirements.
2. Assess and develop high level design and write code using Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB s, DAO using hybrid MVC.
3. Develop and review development unit test cases to test application before user System/ Business testing and direct further development.
4. May provide, or guide provision of technical support to applications currently in production and may troubleshoot and resolve production support issues as an L3 participant.
