Key Job Functions 
• Architect, plan and lead the implementation of Securonix within the client environment across the full initiative lifecycle, including design, installation, configuration, integration, testing, monitoring and ongoing tuning. 
• Lead and oversee the program lifecycle from conception through completion that includes assessing business requirements, scoping and planning projects and deliverables, budgeting, forecasting, tracking and reporting project status, managing deliverables, and assessing customer satisfaction. 
• Technical owner of the implementation program, use case design and development, workflow design and development, data integration, configuration, outputs monitoring and ongoing enhancements. 
• Engage with partners, executive management, vendors and other stakeholders to advance initiative and report on major accomplishments, issues and concerns. 
• Plan and direct Business Analyst and Use Case Architect activities. 

Qualifications 
• Bachelor's Degree required 
• 10+ years of related experience in project management, risk management, technical or analytical implementation, and build-out of initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle. 
• Proven track record for system design, integration, and implementation, reducing complexity and simplifying processes. 
• Demonstrated ability to quickly develop and manage executive level relationships with both business and technology partners in large corporate environments. 
• Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills. 
• Vendor management experience as it relates to governance, integration, and delivery. 
• Experience with Securonix preferred.
