Job Description:

iORMYX Inc, is seeking an experienced Java Software Developer to support its Client, a Global Financial Firm, at their on-site delivery center in the DC Metro area.

 

Required Technical Skills:

Four-year degree from an accredited school in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
Java Programmer / Web Component Developer certifications
Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD)
UML and Design Patterns (Gang of Four, etc.)
Hands on experience with Java/J2EE Technologies
SOA and Web Services SOAP / RESTFul
XML Technologies
Applications Services: Oracle, IBM Websphere, Tomcat, JBOSS
Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, iBatis, Struts
Web 2.0: JQuery, AJAX, HTML 4.0 and above
Experience with Backbone.js, Ember.js, and / or Angular.js

 

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge in Web Security / Encryption
Experience using No SQL Databases
Experience in Integration Products, such as TIBCO, Web Methods, IBM
Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM methodologies
