Job Description:

Under the direction of the Deputy Chief Enterprise Architecture, the Service-Oriented Architecture Technical Lead will

Implement SOA solution;

Design and reusable xml interfaces and web services that conform to relevant standard.

Assist the Deputy Chief with required project artifacts;

Develop and implement plans to familiarize WMATA developers with deployed services;

Assure the SOA governance plan is followed..

Hands-on Professional experience in J2EE Programming.

 

Required Skill:

 

Strong experience with Oracle Service Oriented Architecture Suite.

Hands on Experience in Oracle Fusion in Cloud.

Minimum 7 years of hands-on development experience with complex applications integration.

 

 

Technical Skills required:

 

Languages: Java (J2SE, Java SE, J2EE, Java EE), SQL, XML, XSL/T, X/HTM

 

Databases: Oracle

 

SOA: Oracle Fusion (Admin+ Development), BPEL, Routing & Mediation, Web Services, EDA, ESB, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, XML, WS-*, WS-Basic Profiles, XML Beans, XML
