Specific requirements:


Business Process Management (BPM) development experience.
Agile development methodology.
Pega Business Process Management (BPM) development experience.
Experience managing projects with scope ambiguity.
Experience managing projects with strong personalities.
Identify and manage resources needs. Escalate issues around resource needs and capacity as needed.
Manage to the dates.
Managing multiple critical paths and work streams within the project.

 

Minimum Experience:

 

Looking for 8 - 10+ years of experience.
