QUALIFICATIONS:
*    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
*    Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on technical experience
*    Strong written and verbal skills
*    Experience leading teams preferred
*    Patience, rigor, and the ability to communicate clearly

*    CCNA preferred
*    Experience with Dell KACE systems a plus
*    Commitment to following security protocols and best practices
*    Ideal candidate is patient, flexible, and able to prioritize
*    Process and procedure oriented
*   Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
