Job Description:
Our Energy-related client has a need for an experienced Data Conversion Lead with Workday background to support an HCM project.

  

The Data Conversion Lead will be responsible for transitioning client core HR functions from existing ERPs (SAP, Oracle, ADP and others) over to Workday.

The Lead will also be responsible for the data extractions from the source systems and normalizing it so that the automated conversion tool can execute on the conversions for all of client Small Business Units.

  

The Lead must have experience leading similar Global data conversion and Migration efforts and while HR specific experience is not required, it will facilitate for better discussions and to address data sensitivities and protection given the critical nature of this data.

Workday experience is also very important since the role will require knowledge of the Workday environment with the Tenant structure, etc.
